Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Our job is very hands on! For that reason we are only able to check emails twice a day, so if you have something important give us a call.
A local delivery fee of $12.00-$25.00 will be added to each order, based on each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
**Express Delivery** is available between the hours of 10:30AM and 2:00PM. Delivery MUST be within 5 miles of our location. Please call with any questions.
We do our very best to make arrangements "like the picture" when ordering off the website. On occasion, substitutions need to made to ensure quality. For example; we may substitute purple tulips for yellow tulips if the yellow tulips are cohesive with the design and color scheme. If slight substitutions are not acceptable, put a note when you place your order "no substitutions" and we will call you for your approval with any sustitutions. Thanks!
U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays, unless scheduled in advance. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
